If this man is capable of doing this to a cat, who is to say he isn't capable of doing this to a fellow human being? I am deeply saddened by stories like this and I hope the mental state of the people who have the capacity to do something like this to an innocent animal is comprehensively evaluated because they are a danger to everyone.
